Where did Thai Yoga Massage originate?

Kam Thye Chow is the founder of Thai Yoga Massage.  Born in Malaysia, he came to Canada in 1995 from Thailand after having studied for 6 years with renowned Thai Yoga Massage master Asokananda.  Kam Thye studied and worked as a personal assistant to Asokananda, while developing his passion for Thai Yoga Massage.  Having a Kung-fu and traditional Chinese massage background, he saw Thai Yoga Massage as an extension of his traditional training.  Using the Kung-fu system of transferring methodology and focusing on the importance of meditation, the stances of the practitioner, touch and the shadow dance, Kam Thye began to create a new system for learning Thai Yoga Massage.  
 

How long is a Thai Yoga Massage session?

A full body session of Thai Yoga Massage can last one hour, one and a half hours, or two hours.  Most professional sessions run from an hour to an hour and a half.  (Just say your time?)

Should I eat before receiving a Thai Massage?

One should not receive Thai Yoga Massage on an empty stomach or right after having eaten a large meal.  A good general rule is not to eat within one hour of receiving a Thai Massage
